Inject Ozempic subcutaneously once a week, on the same day each week . This can be in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. You do not need to wait a specific amount of time until a meal. Alternate the injection site each week. Carefully follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions for administration.

Precautionary measures

Be careful with:

• History of pancreatitis
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Serious problems with the liver, pancreas, stomach, or intestines
